The collaboration aims to modernise WEX’s onboarding processes for European fuel card customers by replacing manual identity checks with Trulioo’s Document Verification and Biometrics solutions. This move comes as fraud threats in digital onboarding continue to escalate, driving demand for more secure and seamless customer experiences. Trulioo delivers automated identity verification services leveraging advanced biometrics, AI-driven fraud detection and global compliance expertise. Its platform offers guided document capture, post-capture feedback, and proprietary algorithms trained on more than 25m global images to identify forgeries, deepfakes and injection attacks with a 100% fraud catch rate. WEX, on the other hand, provides digital payment and fleet management services to businesses worldwide.
