Pulse 2.0 interviewed Radiant Security co-founder and CEO Shahar Ben-Hador to learn more about the company. Shahar Ben-Hador’s Background What is your background? Ben-Hador said: “I’ve spent over two decades leading cybersecurity innovations, from CISO roles at Imperva to VP of Product Management at Exabeam—all with a focus on solving real-world security challenges. Through my time in cybersecurity leadership, I saw firsthand how SOC teams were drowning in alerts, relying on fragmented tools that created more complexity than clarity. That insight drove me to co-found Radiant Security in 2021, with the mission to reinvent security operations through adaptive AI.” Formation Of The Company How did the idea for the company come together? Ben-Hador shared: “During my time at Imperva and Exabeam, I witnessed a common problem: SOC analysts were overwhelmed by false positives and redundant manual investigations. The industry needed a solution that could handle Tier-1 security alerts autonomously, without requiring constant upkeep or playbook engineers. Radiant Security was built to be an Agentic AI for the SOC —one that acts with the precision of a top-tier analyst at any scale.” Favorite Memory What has been your favorite memory working for the company so far? Ben-Hador reflected: “Seeing how our platform has transformed security teams. Reducing analysts’ workloads by up to 90% and watching teams shift from reactive firefighting to strategic, proactive security has been immensely rewarding. Ben-Hador explained: “Radiant Security provides AI SOC Analysts that autonomously triage, investigate, and resolve alerts without playbooks, maintenance, or coding. Ben-Hador acknowledged: “One major challenge has been proving that AI-driven security operations can be trusted at scale. Many organizations still rely on manual workflows, fearing AI might miss critical context. To overcome this, we built fully explainable AI-driven investigations, ensuring analysts see every step of the decision-making process and can validate results in real time.” Evolution Of The Company’s Technology How has the company’s technology evolved since launching? Ben-Hador pointed out: “Since our launch, we’ve evolved our engine from pre-trained use cases into a fully adaptive AI trained to research security alerts and automate triage and remediation workflows.
