마이크로칩, 신규 '듀얼팩 3' IGBT7 모듈 출시 소형화 및 비용 효율성 모두 충족 반도체ㆍ디스플레이 입력 :2025/09/17 10:16 마이크로칩테크놀로지는 첨단 IGBT7(절연 게이트 바이폴라 트랜지스터) 기술을 적용한 새로운 'DualPack 3(DP3)' 전력 모듈 제품군 6종을 발표했다고 17일 밝혔다. 이번 신제품은 1200V 및 1700V 사양에서 300~900A의 고전류를 지원하는 6종 모델로 구성되어 있으며, 소형화 및 비용 효율성을 모두 충족하면서도 전력 변환기 솔루션 간소화에 대한 증가하는 수요를 해결하기 위해 설계됐다. 또한 DP3 모듈은 고전압 스위칭 시 보호 및 제어 기능을 강화해 산업용 드라이브, 재생에너지, 트랙션, 에너지 저장 장치(ESS), 농업용 운송수단 등 다양한 분야에서 전력 밀도, 신뢰성 및 사용 편의성을 극대화할 수 있도록 지원한다.
